At Fundacion Vivir En Plenitud, we believe that no one should die alone. As a 501(c)(3) public charity, our mission is to support seniors and terminally ill patients when financial constraints and insurance limitations prevent adequate medical care and resources.+

Bringing Hope and Peace
We provide hope and peace to hospice and palliative care patients and their loved ones, especially within the Latino/Hispanic community. Our goal is to educate the community about supportive care services and foster mutual help through resources and contributions.

Supporting Healthcare Institutions
We assist county and local hospitals in placing critically ill patients in supportive care services without financial burdens. For instance, with our support, a Medicaid-insured patient with liver failure can receive continuous care nursing, medication support, social work support, and end-of-life doulas, ensuring no one dies alone due to financial constraints.

Addressing a Critical Need
Founded in 2023, our foundation addresses the underutilization of hospice care in the Latino community. Despite efforts by organizations like Golden Gate Hospice Care, many patients die alone. We raise funds to provide caregivers for these patients, ensuring they have companionship and support.

Bridging the Healthcare Gap
We bridge the healthcare gap for underserved communities, supporting local and county hospitals. Contributions to our foundation ensure families receive comprehensive support without limitations.

Compassionate End-of-Life Support
We address the physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental needs of dying patients. Our support helps patients cope with life-limiting illnesses, providing peace and comfort in their final moments.

Palliative Care Vision
We focus on improving the quality of life for people with serious illnesses through holistic and personalized care, supporting patients and their families to "Live Fully."
