What is Our Impact?

At Fundación Vivir en Plenitud, we believe that no one should face the end of life alone. Our mission is to bridge the gap in hospice and palliative care within the Latino community by providing compassionate, culturally sensitive support to patients and families navigating serious illness.

Addressing a Critical Need

Despite the availability of hospice services, only 2% of Latinos in the U.S. access these essential resources. Many families struggle with language barriers, financial hardship, and limited healthcare access, leaving loved ones without the care they deserve. We are committed to changing this reality by ensuring that dignity, comfort, and emotional support are available to all.

Your Support Matters

Every donation ensures that families receive the care, dignity, and comfort they deserve during life’s most difficult moments. Together, we are changing the way Latino communities experience end-of-life care—because where there is breath, there is hope.

Be part of something meaningful.

Impact in Action

Real families, real change:

A father of three battling advanced alcoholic cirrhosis, Jorge’s family struggled to access essential services due to insurance limitations. When Zenaida’s health declined after an infection, we were overwhelmed. She was 99, with a history of cancer, and only had Medi-Cal—no Medicare. Thanks to your donations, Fundación Vivir en Plenitud provided medical supplies, nursing visits, and helped with funeral arrangements. Zenaida spent her final days at home, surrounded by family. Your support gave her the dignity and care she deserved.
